Refund policy

Exchange and Return

To exchange or return an item, email us at info@shekker.com with "Return" or "Exchange" as the subject and include your order reference number. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to use. Affix this label over the original shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest delivery point.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, with the return shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.

For purchases made at partnered retail locations, returns must follow the retailer's exchange and return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
